Homa Construction started with a simple problem: homeowners were hiring five different people for one renovation, then acting as the project manager between all of them. Years in the trades taught us the work itself usually isn't what goes wrong. It's the gap between contractors.
We run drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, tiling, and countertop installation with our own crew, start to finish. For the parts of a job that legally require a certified electrician or plumber, we bring in the right person, or hire one outright, so you're still only dealing with us.

What people ask before they call.
Do I need a permit for my renovation?
Usually not for cosmetic work like painting, flooring, or cabinet fronts. Anything structural, like walls, additions, or room changes, does need one, and if your project needs a permit, we handle the application.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical?
We don't do the certified trade work ourselves, but we coordinate it as part of your project. A licensed electrician or plumber works on our schedule, so you're still dealing with one point of contact instead of a separate hire.
How long does a typical renovation take?
Depends entirely on scope. We give you a firm schedule before work starts, not a guess, so you know exactly when your space is back.
How does payment work?
