Shower Retile
The shower surround had failing grout letting water seep behind the wall. We stripped it back to the studs, addressed the moisture damage, and installed new large format tile with a proper waterproof membrane.

Kitchen Counter Replacement
Original laminate counters were chipped along every edge and lifting at the seams. Replaced with a quartz countertop, templated to fit the existing cabinet run exactly.
Main Floor Flooring
Old carpet throughout the main floor was worn through in the high traffic areas and holding onto years of pet odour. Pulled it up, checked the subfloor for damage, and laid engineered hardwood.
Exterior Repaint
Exterior trim had years of peeling paint from sun exposure on the west facing side of the house. Scraped, primed, and repainted with a coating rated for direct UV exposure.
Living Room Wall Repair
A previous tenant had patched several holes in the living room wall with the wrong compound, leaving visible seams once painted. Cut out the bad patches, retaped properly, and skim coated the full wall for a clean finish.
Entryway Built-In
Homeowner wanted a built-in bench and shelving unit for an underused entryway nook. Designed and installed custom millwork to fit the space, matching the trim already in the home.
Backsplash Update
Kitchen backsplash was a dated mosaic tile the owner wanted gone before listing the condo. Removed it, patched the wall, and installed a simple subway tile pattern.
Full Interior Repaint
Every room had a different bold accent wall from a previous owner. Repainted the entire interior in one consistent neutral palette ahead of listing the home.
Kitchen Floor Repair
A slow leak under the dishwasher had warped part of the kitchen floor. Replaced the damaged section and blended in new vinyl plank to match the rest of the floor.
Bathroom Counter Swap
Tile countertops with worn grout lines were collecting grime that no amount of scrubbing could get out. Tore them out and installed a quartz counter with an integrated sink cutout.
Basement Framing & Drywall
Basement had unfinished framing the owners wanted turned into a usable rec room. Framed the remaining walls, insulated, and drywalled the whole space ready for paint.
Bathroom Floor Retile
Bathroom floor tile had cracked after a plumbing repair disturbed the subfloor. Releveled the area and retiled the floor to match the existing tile as closely as possible.
Kitchen Cabinet Replacement
Kitchen cabinets were original to the house and the doors no longer closed properly. Replaced the boxes and fronts entirely with a shaker style cabinet system.
Unit Flooring Refresh
Laminate flooring from the early 2000s was peeling at every seam. Removed it and installed luxury vinyl plank throughout the unit.
Ceiling Repaint
Ceiling had visible water staining after a roof leak was fixed. Primed with a stain blocking coat and repainted the ceiling so no trace of the damage showed.
Shower Pan Rebuild
Shower pan had a slow leak that had gone unnoticed for months. Rebuilt the pan properly and retiled the whole shower to prevent it from happening again.
Kitchen Counter Upgrade
Old butcher block counters were water damaged near the sink from years of use. Swapped them for a quartz counter that can handle daily wear without sealing.
Ceiling Water Damage Repair
Water damage from an upstairs bathroom had ruined part of the kitchen ceiling below. Cut out the affected drywall, confirmed the area had fully dried, and rebuilt the ceiling.
Condo Kitchen Storage
Small condo kitchen needed more storage without losing floor space. Built custom cabinetry up to the ceiling to make use of the extra vertical room.
Hardwood Refinish
Hardwood floors had deep scratches from years of moving furniture around. Sanded and refinished the existing hardwood instead of replacing it, which saved the client a meaningful amount of cost.
Bathroom Retile
Bathroom floor tile was original from the 1970s and several pieces were already cracked. Replaced the floor with a modern porcelain tile and refreshed the grout lines throughout.
Exterior Siding Repaint
Exterior siding had faded unevenly depending on sun exposure across the house. Pressure washed, primed, and repainted the whole exterior for a consistent finish.
Vanity Counter Replacement
Bathroom vanity counter was cultured marble that had yellowed with age. Replaced it with a quartz counter and updated the sink to match.
Open Concept Wall Removal
Condo renovation called for removing a non-structural wall to open up the living space. Removed the wall, patched the ceiling and floor transition, and drywalled the exposed edges cleanly.
Home Office Built-In
Homeowners wanted a home office built into a spare bedroom closet. Designed and installed a custom desk and shelving unit that used the full closet depth.
